Privacy Policy

Effective October 18, 2026.

What we collect. When you send the review form, we collect your company name, company size, state, whether you offer health insurance today, your renewal month if you give it, your preferred language, how you found us, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number. If you later ask for quotes, we collect a list of your employees with their dates of birth, home zip codes and who they would cover, through a secure link.

How we use it. To reply to you, set up a call and prepare quotes. If you become a client, to set up and service your plans.

Who sees it. The form is delivered to our inbox through Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and then to the company that hosts our email. Quote details go to the insurance companies and administrators involved in your coverage, and to the general agency that helps us collect quotes. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it. If you decide not to go ahead, we delete the employee list you sent us, and we confirm that in writing if you ask. If your team already signed applications, California law makes us keep those for at least five years. We keep your contact details until you ask us to delete them.

Tracking. This site sets no advertising cookies and does not follow you to other sites. Cloudflare, which hosts it, sees your IP address and browser details in its logs and may set a short-lived security cookie. No other company collects information about you across other sites through this site. It does not respond to Do Not Track signals because there is nothing to track.

Your choices. To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email hello@covaru.com.

Changes. We post changes on this page with a new effective date.
